Wash and dry all produce. Prepare @butter{2%tbsp}, @lamb chops{4%pieces}, @veggie stock concentrate{1%unit}, @crushed tomatoes{1%can}, @savory paprika blend{1%tbsp}, @shawarma spice blend{1%tbsp}, @sugar{1%tsp}, @fenugreek{1%tsp}, @cilantro{2%tbsp}, @ginger{1%tbsp}, @lemon{1%unit}, @garlic{3%cloves}, @lentils{1%cup}, @yogurt{½%cup}, @naan bread{4%pieces}, and @cooking oil{1%tbsp}.

Heat @cooking oil{1%tbsp} in a #large pan{} over medium heat. Add @garlic{3%cloves} and @ginger{1%tbsp} and cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant ~{1-2%minutes}.

While dal cooks, drain @fenugreek{1%tsp} and pat dry with paper towels; finely chop.
